• A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking, if you need to cancel you can use the same booking fee to change it to a different date (as long as you give over 48 hours notice). If the treatment goes ahead the £10 will be deducted.
• If you cancel within 48 hours you will owe 100% of the treatment cost
• Cancellations within 24 hours or any no shows will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the treatment & before booking another appointment
• Please let me know if you are going to be late. I allow a 15 minute grace period, any longer & I may have to cancel the appointment & charge the full treatment fee
• Nail repairs are free within 72 hours. After this time frame I will charge £3 per nail (please follow the correct aftercare)
• Unfortunately I don’t infill anyone else’s work, but I can soak it off & then start the treatment
• A wavier must be signed by a legal guardian for those aged under 16.
