Cancellation, Rescheduling and Patch Test Policies
Cancellation, Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for others, the following policy applies:
- Changes made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
- Changes within 24 hours incur a 50% fee of the treatment cost.
- Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) are charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
Please note that short-notice cancellations are difficult to fill.
Patch Test Policy
New Clients booking Lash Lift, Brow Lamination or Tint are required to book a patch test 48hours before treatment.
If your treatment requires a patch test, it must be completed within the required timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being treated as a late cancellation, with a 50% fee applied if within 24 hours.
By booking, you agree to this policy.
Price increase July 26
From 1st July there will be small adjustments to my pricing. This reflects rising costs, and my continued investment in delivering the highest standard of service, care, and experience for my clients.
Bookings made before 1st July will be honoured at the booked prices.
Any bookings made on or after 1 July will be charged at the new rates.

I always aim to accommodate my clients as best as possible. If there is no availability showing for your preferred time please feel free to message, as I may be able to offer additional availability.

I’m excited to share that I’ll soon be launching a new pet care service covering SE1 and surrounding areas. This new addition will work alongside my existing services and will be carefully scheduled around my current commitments. I want to reassure all of my current clients that this will not affect my availability, reliability, or dedication to the services I already provide. As always, I remain fully committed to maintaining the same high standard of care and support you can depend on.
I’m really looking forward to incorporating animal care into my work, whether that’s regular dog walks, feeding goldfish, occasional visits to care for pets when owners are travelling, or helping care for elderly or injured animals. It’s something I’m genuinely passionate about, and I’m excited to be able to offer this additional support to local pet owners.
