Salon Policies

Please arrive alone and makeup-free. (Fees may apply if cleansing is required.) As this is a home-based salon, we kindly ask that you respect our space and neighbours. For safety and comfort, no additional guests or children are permitted unless agreed beforehand. Street parking is available.

Card details are required to secure your appointment. You will not be charge unless the T&Cs are broken. 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the total service price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to your appointment being shortened or cancelled, and will be treated as a no-show.

Please arrive with clean lashes/skin (no makeup, creams, or oils on the treatment area). If you have any allergies, eye conditions, skin conditions, or health concerns, please inform me prior to your appointment. A patch test may be required for certain services.

We will only accept foreign infills if your current set is handmade. Please book an Extended Infill. If your current set does not meet this requirement, you must book a removal and full set.

Results vary depending on natural lashes/brows, skin type, and aftercare. Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to maintain results. Pretty Life Beauty is not responsible for results affected by poor aftercare.

We accept Cash, Eftpos, PAYID & Afterpay. Surcharges: 15% applies for appointments outside standard working hours, including Saturdays. 25% applies on public holidays. EFTPOS 1.9% & AFTERPAY 3%.

Services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy, experience issues, or have excessive lash loss within 48 hours, please contact us. We will provide a complimentary fix or offer discounted services after inspecting your lashes.
