By booking an appointment with Pretty Little Nails Worcester, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully.

Booking

Booking Policy

  • Appointments may be scheduled via the Solo booking site or by direct message.
  • Deposits are not required for all appointments. Repeated cancellations or late changes may require a deposit for future bookings.
  • You will receive confirmation of your appointment via email, SMS, or message once booking is accepted.

Refunds

Refund Policy

  • Deposits taken due to frequent cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only issued in the event of a genuine service error.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must contact us within 24 hours of service completion to allow proper review and resolution.

Preparation & Appointment Details

Appointment Requirements

  • Please arrive with clean, natural nails, free of previous enhancements where possible.
  • Be fully prepared and have inspiration/reference images ready before your appointment to avoid delays.
  • Double-check your appointment time, and confirm your attendance ahead of time if necessary.

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment.
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to restricted booking privileges or the requirement of a deposit.

On-site Guests & Age

Guest Policy

  • Please avoid bringing extra guests, children, or pets unless pre-approved.
  • Unapproved guests may cause delays or require appointment rescheduling.
  • Clients under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

No-Shows & Lateness

No-Show & Arrival Policy

  • If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours ahead via the Solo site or by message.
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened; some designs may no longer be possible.
  • Arrivals over 30 minutes late may need to be rescheduled at our discretion.
  • Persistent lateness or no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

Section 7: Payments

Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required in cases of habitual cancellations or lateness.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Spot (with details available via message).
