You can book appointments up to 3 months in advance so your next appointment is always secured and your nails are always on point 💅✨

New clients will be asked to pay a £10 deposit upon booking. This secures your appointment and helps protect my business.
Regular clients do not usually need to pay a deposit. However, frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may mean a deposit is required for future appointments.
Any cancellations up to 48hrs before your appointment are ✨free✨ and I’ll be happy to reschedule you if needed!
Last-minute cancellations will result in 50% of the total service cost being charged.
No-shows will result in 100% of the service cost being charged.

Nail art is also really important to book correctly. To make things more fun, I use a tier system so you can choose the perfect amount of nail art for your appointment! 💅

Guest Policy
Got a nail mishap? No worries—fixes are on the house within 48 hours of your appointment!
After that little window, it's just £5 for every pair of nails.
No-Show & Arrival Policy
To ensure everything runs smoothly, here are a few things you can do before your appointment: ✨
For hygiene reasons, I may be unable to carry out your appointment if you arrive with dirty hands and nails. Please ensure your hands and nails are clean before your visit
If you have any nail inspo, please send it over before your appointment so I can have everything prepared and ready for you! 💅
Please also make sure any consultation forms are completed before your appointment.

Payment Policy
Payments can be completed via cash or bank transfer.
For an easy, fuss-free payment option, I also have an NFC payment tag available—just tap your phone and pay! ✨💅
Please try to arrive on time when possible. As I work from my cabin, I don’t have a waiting area available. However, you’re more than welcome to park up and relax in your car if you arrive early—consider it a little pre-appointment chill time! 🚗✨

If you arrive late, I may not have enough time to complete all of the services you’ve booked for, and in some cases I may need to cancel or shorten the appointment.

Due to the cosy size of my cabin, I only have room for one✨plus one✨, so please limit your party to a maximum of two people.
For safety reasons, small children and animals aren’t allowed in the nail space. As much as I love seeing them, their safety comes first—even if I do miss out on the cuteness! 💖🐾✨
