Bookings & Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits are non-transferable if less than 24 hours’ notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling.
- The remaining balance is due at the appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in you being charged 50% of the treatment cost.
- No-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment cost and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment shortened or their appointment cancelled.
Consultation & Medical Information
- Clients must complete a consultation form honestly and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or skin concerns.
- Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment results and suitability.
Treatment Suitability
- Treatments are carried out at the therapist’s discretion.
- I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Results
- Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided.
Microneedling & Chemical Peels
- Clients must follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions.
- Failure to do so may affect results and increase the risk of complications.
Children & Guests
- Due to limited space and insurance requirements, children and additional guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
Refunds
- No refunds will be given for completed treatments.
- If you have concerns regarding your treatment, please contact me within 48 hours so they can be addressed.
Right to Refuse Service
- Abusive, aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of future bookings.
