If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment a fee of £5 will be added If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost. If your deposit is lost, you will be required to pay a new deposit on booking If you do not turn up to your appointment your deposit will be lost and you will not be able to book in for the future If you have children they are able to come to appointments with you.
