Contact: 07368898120 1. Introduction By booking or receiving a service from Pure Bliss Aesthetics , you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. 2. Services We provide professional aesthetics and beauty treatments, including but not limited to: * Anti wrinkle injections, Dermal fillers, Micro needling, Dermaplaning, Massage, Facials, Vitamin injections All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment. 3. Consultation and Medical Disclosure Clients must complete a medical and consent form prior to treatment. It is your responsibility to provide full and accurate information regarding allergies, medical conditions, medications, or prior treatments. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we deem it unsafe or inappropriate. 4. Booking & Cancellation Policy * A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is non-refundable but transferable with at least 48 hours' notice. * Cancellations with less than 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee of 50% of the payment * Late arrivals (over 10 minutes) may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation. 5. Age Restrictions Clients must be at least 18 years old for injectable treatments and massage Proof of age may be required. For other treatments such as facials and dermaplaning minimum age 16 with parental consent must be required 6. Results & Aftercare Results vary depending on individual skin types and adherence to aftercare. We provide comprehensive aftercare instructions. Failure to follow these may impact results and void any touch-up or follow-up services. 7. Liability Waiver We are not liable for any adverse reactions or complications resulting from failure to disclose health conditions, improper aftercare, or third-party products used post-treatment. All services are performed with professional-grade products and hygiene protocols. 8. Refunds All services are non-refundable once performed. We do not offer refunds on treatments if you are unable to attend the appointment or are a no show no payment will be given back to you if it is 24 hours or less notice with the terms above you will be charged for this 9. Gift Vouchers & Promotions * Vouchers are valid for 52 weeks from purchase. * Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified. * Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. * If promotion codes are given you can use this to book online and has to be the correct code and can only be used within the time frame given 10. Photography & Social Media We may ask to take before-and-after photos for training, portfolio, or marketing purposes. These will only be shared with your written consent. 11. Illness Policy Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments to ensure the safety of staff and clients. 12. Privacy Policy All personal and medical information collected is kept strictly confidential and stored in accordance with data protection laws this is to ensure safety of the clients and will be kept confidential between the client and the staff 13. Changes to Terms Pure Bliss Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.
