Pure Bliss Aesthetics provides professional aesthetic and skincare treatments. Our goal is to offer a safe, comfortable, and satisfying experience for all clients. By engaging our services, you confirm that:

2. Consultations
All new clients are required to attend a consultation before certain treatments. This ensures suitability, safety, and the best possible results.
- Consultation fees may be redeemable against treatment costs (if stated).
- Pure Bliss Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment based on professional judgment.
3. Appointments and Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of [insert amount or percentage] is required to secure your booking.
- Deposits are applied toward your final treatment balance.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment if the cancellation is within less than 24 hours a cancellation charge will be required .
- Cancellations or changes made with less than the required notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
- If the cancellation is again less than 24 hours a 50% charge of payment will be required due to the short of amount of time to refill the time slot 
- No-shows may be charged the full treatment amount before rebooking.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to refusal of future bookings.
5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of the practitioner/ therapist. this is to strictly avoid a cross over with client if the therapist is running behind as pure bliss aesthetics wants to run a smooth and happy business, if you are running late please ensure you contact the clinic to let them know.
- Deposits may be forfeited if sufficient notice is not provided.
6. Medical Conditions and Contraindications
It is your responsibility to inform Pure Bliss Aesthetics of:
- Any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures that may affect treatment suitability.
- Any changes to your health status prior to each appointment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in cancellation of your treatment for safety reasons.
7. Treatment Results
Results vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare advice.
- Pure Bliss Aesthetics does not guarantee specific outcomes.
- Photographs may be taken (with your consent) for treatment tracking and marketing purposes.
8. Refunds and Complaints
- All treatments and products are non-refundable once provided.
- If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
- We will review your concern and, where appropriate, offer a follow-up appointment or corrective treatment.
9. Gift Vouchers and Packages
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Packages or offers must be used within the stated timeframe.
10. Liability
Pure Bliss Aesthetics is not liable for any:
- Reactions, side effects, or complications arising from undisclosed medical information or failure to follow aftercare advice.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings on our premises.
All treatments are carried out by qualified and insured professionals.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy. All client information is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations. Your data will only be used for professional and administrative purposes and will never be shared without consent.
