Booking

Delivering the best care to you is my priority, and that's why I have a cancellation policy in place that I kindly ask for your cooperation with. To secure your booking appointment, a deposit fee of £15 is required, which will be deducted from your session charges.

Late Arrival

I've set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule, and the full fee will still apply. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for next appointment

Emergency Situations

Allow for exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the client's situation.

CONSULTATION FORMS

A consultation form must be completed before every appointment. This is a requirement for my insurance and helps ensure I can provide a safe, professional service tailored to you. If your consultation form has not been completed before your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled until the form has been completed.
