Injectable Treatments
- Botox (Anti-Wrinkle Injections)
- Stay Upright: Remain in an upright position for at least 4 hours post-treatment to prevent the product from migrating.
- Hands Off: Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for 24 to 48 hours.
- Exercise & Heat: Refrain from strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, or hot baths for 24 hours.
- Timeline: Results typically take 5 to 14 days to fully develop.
- Dermal Fillers
- Pressure: Avoid applying pressure to the treated area; try to sleep on your back for the first 2 nights.
- Swelling: Use a cold compress (not direct ice) for 10 minutes every few hours for the first 24 hours to reduce puffiness.
- Avoid Irritants: Skip makeup for 12–24 hours and avoid active skincare (Retinols, AHAs) for 24 hours.
- No Dental Work: Avoid dental appointments for 2 weeks post-filler, as facial manipulation can shift the product.
- Skin Boosters (e.g., Profhilo, Seventy Hyal)
- Lumps: It is normal to see small bumps at the injection sites; these usually subside within 24–48 hours as the product spreads.
- Hygiene: Do not touch the area for at least 6 hours and avoid makeup for 24 hours to prevent infection.
- Hydration: Drink plenty of water (at least 2L) to help the hyaluronic acid bind and plump the skin.
Body Contouring & Skin Tightening

- Active Recovery: Gentle cardiovascular exercise (like walking) is encouraged immediately to help the lymphatic system process destroyed fat cells.
- Diet: Maintain a low-sugar, low-fat diet and avoid alcohol for at least 48 hours to support liver metabolism.
- Hydration: Increase water intake to 2–3 litres daily to help flush out dead fat cells.
