Deposits & Cancellations

I truly understand that life can throw unexpected challenges our way, and sometimes appointments have to be cancelled. As a small business owner, I've put policies in place to help protect both myself and my business. To ensure that I can continue providing quality service to all of my clients, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Ideally, this would be no later than 48 hours before your appointment. If a cancellation occurs within 12 hours of your appointment, I hope you'll understand that a fee of 50% of the booked treatment price will apply, as it can be difficult to fill that slot on such short notice.
