I truly understand that life can bring unexpected challenges, and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. As a small business owner, I’ve put policies in place to help protect both myself and my business.
To ensure I can continue providing quality service to all clients, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel — ideally no later than 48 hours before your appointment.
If a cancellation occurs within 12 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the booked treatment price will apply, as it can be difficult to fill that time slot on short notice.
