Makeup Artist Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and Payment • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your appointment. • The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the service. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Deposits are non-refundable, but appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged the full service amount. 3. Travel and On-Location Services • Travel fees apply for services performed outside the makeup artist’s studio. • Travel fees will be quoted based on location and travel time. • The client is responsible for providing a clean, safe workspace with appropriate lighting. 4. Client Responsibilities • Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. • Notify the artist of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to the appointment. • The artist is not liable for any reactions or issues arising from undisclosed conditions or the use of specific products. 5. Photography and Social Media • The makeup artist may take photos of the final look for portfolio and social media use. • Clients may request not to have their photos shared online. 6. Liability • All tools and products are sanitized between clients. • The makeup artist is not responsible for any allergic reactions if all relevant information was disclosed prior to the service. 7. Agreement By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
