Terms and conditions

Reborne Studio enforces a cancellation policy and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. You must give 1 WEEK notice of cancellation or reschedule this includes change of service. The fee for anything after this period is 50% of your appointment cost. Same day amendments, No-Shows and same day cancellations are charged at 100% of your appointment cost. Rescheduling an appointment more than once will result in loss of deposit. This includes illness, weather & other complications. A dedicated time period policy is applicable during Christmas (Oct-January) Deposits are non refundable & paid separately, they will be noted on your account. They can be deducted at the end of the service or rolled over to cover future appointments to secure ahead. An out of hours charge is applicable when appointments are needed to be held out of regular Studio hours, (9am-5pm) This is to make it fair for all clients & avalibilty.
