Deposits & Payments
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment
- Full payment is due on the day of your appointment.
- We accept cash and card payments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit.
- Repeated no-shows may lead to a refusal of future bookings.
Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds will be issued once a service has been provided.
- Results may vary from client to client. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results.
- If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately for advice or follow-up care.

- Failure to provide accurate information may result in complications, for which we are not liable.
Aftercare & Results
- Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by the practitioner.

- Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.

- While all treatments are performed by trained professionals using safe, approved products, we cannot guarantee specific results.
- By proceeding with a treatment, you acknowledge and accept any risks involved.

Photography & Marketing
- Before and after photos may be taken for treatment records.
