Appointments & Consultations * All clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments. * A consultation is required before any new treatment to ensure suitability and safety. * We reserve the right to refuse treatment at our discretion. 2. Deposits & Payments * A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. * The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment * Full payment is due on the day of your appointment. * We accept cash and card payments. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling * We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. * Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit. * Repeated no-shows may lead to a refusal of future bookings. 4. Refund Policy * Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds will be issued once a service has been provided. * Results may vary from client to client. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results. * If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately for advice or follow-up care. 5. Medical Disclosures * Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, and current medications during consultation. * Failure to provide accurate information may result in complications, for which we are not liable. 6. Aftercare & Results * Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by the practitioner. * Results may vary depending on individual factors such as lifestyle, metabolism, and adherence to aftercare. * Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results. 7. Liability * While all treatments are performed by trained professionals using safe, approved products, we cannot guarantee specific results. * By proceeding with a treatment, you acknowledge and accept any risks involved. 8. Privacy & Data * All client information is confidential and stored securely. * We do not share your personal details with third parties without your consent. 9. Photography & Marketing * Before and after photos may be taken for treatment records. * With your written consent, these images may be used for marketing purposes on our website or social media. 10.
