Cancellation policy & Patch Testing
All Colour services require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
This mandatory for all new clients who haven't visited the salon before or existing clients who have not visited the salon within the last 6 months.
Please ask that you give us 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
Cancelling under 24 hours notice period will incur a 50% appointment fee.
No show or cancelling on the day of appointment will incur a full charge fee.
