A £10 Deposit is required to book / hold an appointment, all deposits are non-refundable. You can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to attend, please either contact me or cancel via booking system within 48HRS before your appointment. If it is less than 48HRS before your appointment a cancellation fee of 50% of treatment cost with be required to re book.
If you no show, you will have to pay the whole appointment fee before you can book back in. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and you will have to pay the whole appointment fee.
Please note I will not infill or remove someone else’s work while I am a beginner, I may reevaluate this at a later date.
