Policies

Rescheduling & Cancellations I completely understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made after that time or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or loss of your deposit.

Consistent last-minute changes or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments. Thank you for being considerate of my time and other clients!

Guests & Extra Visitors Due to limited space and to ensure a calm, comfortable environment, please come to your appointment alone.

I’m unable to accommodate extra guests, children, or anyone not receiving a service.

Repairs & Fixes I take pride in my work and want you to love your nails! If you experience any lifting, chipping, or breakage within 3 days of your appointment due to a product or application issue, I’ll be happy to fix it free of charge.

After 3 days, or if the damage is due to outside factors (e.g., trauma, biting, picking, or chemical exposure), a small repair fee will apply.

Please contact me as soon as possible with clear photos so I can schedule your repair appointment.
