Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% within 48 hours and 100% within 24 hours. 
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be restricted from future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and you may be charged a late fee or cancellation fee.
Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty treatments, no refunds will be given for completed services.
If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address your concerns.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment is unsafe or unsuitable for you.
Client Conduct
Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services and future bookings.
Privacy
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
