Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made outside of 48 hours before appointment - full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% within 48 hours and 100% within 24 hours.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be restricted from future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a £10 late fee & your appointment may need to be rescheduled - and the booking fee will not be refunded.
Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty treatments, no refunds will be given for completed services.
If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address your concerns.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment is unsafe or unsuitable for you.
Client Conduct
Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services and future bookings.
Privacy
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Booking Fees
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day of the appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in loss of the booking fee.
