What a life saver! I pulled my back in the morning and was panixking as i had 5 days before holidays. Claire was really fast to respond and managed to fit me in on the same day. I could hardly walk, but when i left was fully mobile again. I returned again today, just to relieve tension on tight supporting muscles and Claire did a fantastic job. Claire is only 5ft tall, but has imense strength and more than enough power to deliver deep tissue treatment and also added some stretching into the treatment.. Thanks again Claire, its really made a big difference. Highly recommend....

Superb - after several knee injuries I've suffered over the years has resulted in me getting tight calf's and hamstrings when running or playing football - 1 30 minute session allowed me to play for 60 minutes last night without a pull or strain - 100% will be returning.

I highly recommend Claire, she has worked wonders on my legs after running and weight lifting. I’d never even considered sports massages before but now they are definitely something I incorporate into my fitness regime. 10/10!!

I would highly recommend anyone who needs a deep tissue massage to come here. Really helped with pain I was getting in my right quad/ adductors.
