Appointments & Bookings
1. All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or in clinic.
2. A £15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment at your visit.
Deposits
1. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
2. If you reschedule your appointment with sufficient notice (see Section 3), your deposit can be transferred to your new booking once.
3. Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit at the clinic’s discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
1. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
2. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
3. Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) will also result in loss of the deposit.
Late Arrivals
1. Please arrive on time to ensure your full treatment can be carried out.
2. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
