Nardia has truly magical hands, I have been seeing her for over 15 months and she has been able to help me enormously with tension and back/neck/shoulder pain. I love her skillful techniques with hot stone massage and it is a truly relaxing treatment and the added advantage is that she does home visits which fit it in with my busy lifestyle and working hours. I can highly recommend booking some sessions with her.

I've had a couple of treatments with Nardia ...a massage and return to the body , both were absolutely lovely and relaxing Nardia gives off such a caring positive attitude I definitely recommend her for your self care .
