TERMS & CONDITIONS General information All clients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment. All clients will complete a medical history form at their first appointment. This is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process. All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation Patient information will not be shared with third parties without your written permission, and you will not receive unsolicited information from us. When making an enquiry from the website, you will added to our database and opted-in to our mailing list, You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by contacting us. Consultations & deposits Consultations are free of charge. If you do not attend your consultation without cancelling within the 48 hours cancellation policy, a £10 fee will be added to your account. When booking in with Claire, you will be required to pay a 20% deposit to secure your appointment. This will be deducted off your treatment price. If for any reason you are unfit or not suitable for the treatment, a refund can be made. If you do not attend or cancel your appointment within the 48-hour cancellation policy, you will lose your deposit. Consultations are roughly 30 minutes long. When booking your appointment, it will be confirmed by either email or SMS. If you do not receive a confirmation text or email, please contact us as soon as possible. Please arrive at the Clinic on time, and, due to the Covid-19 situation, we ask you to arrive alone and to bring as few belongings with you as possible. Cancellation Policy The cancellation policy is in place as a courtesy to both our practitioners and other clients. CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations, please contact the Clinic within 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not cancel within the 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited (if you have paid one) or a cancellation fee will be added to your account depending on your appointment. Some appointments are longer than others. Appointments and courses are usually paid before receiving treatment, if you do not cancel within the 48 hours or do not show up to your appointment, this will be deducted from your course or payment. Course of treatments – any treatment (which is part of a course) cancelled within less than 48 hours’ notice will be deducted from your course total. All free top ups and promotional offers must be completed 4 weeks after the last treatment. How can I rearrange my appointment? To cancel or rearrange your appointment, please call/text the Clinic on 07892 477296 Or you can send an email at renewyou@mail.com. I cannot accept cancellations by messaging on social media. Please be advised I require a minimum notice of 48 hours to cancel or rearrange a consultation or treatment booking. REFUNDS: we do not offer refunds for treatments or courses. If you are unhappy with your treatment, you should advise us immediately prior to the end of the course. If, for any medical reason, you can no longer go ahead with your treatment (a medical note will need to be provided) a pro-rata refund will be made. LATE ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENTS: Arriving late for your appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time. We will only carry out the treatment within the booked time allocated. Late arrival might possibly result in your treatment having to be cancelled or rebooked, and may, at the Clinic’s reasonable discretion, also result in the loss of any deposit or deducted from your course. NO SHOW FOR APPOINTMENTS: A £50 charge is applied for all no-show appointments. This will be added to your account. OUR REFUND POLICY Products: I will only exchange any unopened products returned to us in a saleable condition with an original receipt within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, opened products cannot be refunded unless damaged. If goods are damaged this must be reported to us within 48 hours of sale and can be exchanged in our Clinic. Treatments and Packages: We offer a full refund on any payment made for a treatment or course of treatment within 3 days of purchase, prior to the treatment being delivered. There will be a £30 admin charge for this. Complete courses of treatments will not be refunded after seven days following the conclusion of the course. We cannot refund any course of treatment that has already been commenced without proper and justifiable reason. Any adverse reaction must be reported to us by telephone or email within 48 hours of your appointment. The only exception to this policy is a serious or long-term illness that contra-indicates the treatment, confirmed by a medical certificate. All courses of treatments and gift vouchers must be completed within 12 months of the date of purchase or within the time specified. Pricing is for guideline use only, as we put together bespoke combination treatments to suit individual requirements. Treatments may cost more or less than shown, based on client requirements. All prices will be confirmed to client before treatment starts. Treatment Disclaimer Due to the nature or non-surgical and non-invasive treatments that I offer, I cannot guarantee results. Results will vary from person to person. Factors such as lifestyle, medical history and age can affect your results and the longevity of results. The results shown are from clients and are typical, however the results are not guaranteed. This website provides information regarding body sculpting, facial treatments , tattoo temoval , semi permanent make up and laser hair removal. It is intended to assist individuals to make an informed decision about the treatments that we offer. We do not offer medical advice or diagnose any medical condition. Treatment Suitability I will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful before any treatment is carried out. If I deem the treatment unsuitable for you, I will inform you as to the reasons why, either face to face or in writing. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation where this is applicable. Refusal of Treatment I have the unlimited right to refuse to provide treatment to any potential client. I specifically reserve the right to refuse to provide treatment to any potential client who provides information or medical evidence relating to a contra-indicatory condition. Liability We will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services that we offer to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides us with all relevant medical history and information about pre-existing medical conditions before each treatment. I will not be liable for any damage, including personal injury, sustained as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. By having a treatment, the client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by or on behalf of the Clinic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit my liability for death or any personal injury resulting from our proven negligence. Customer Feedback We always welcome and appreciate feedback from all of our Clients, whether this is positive or negative, as it allows us to improve our service to you. However, I do recognise that sometimes things go wrong. The quickest and most effective way of resolving any problem is to contact me either by telephone or email. I will listen carefully to your concerns and do what I can to correct any problems and provide a suitable solution. Please expect a response within 5 working days after submitting your complaint to us. The Law The above terms and conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. GENERAL CONDITIONS I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All credit and debit card payments are processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of our credit card providers, details of which will be made available upon request. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINES OF INFORMATION Although I take every care to ensure that my website is accurate, concise and trustworthy, it is possible that some inaccuracy may occur.
