Terms & Conditions for Resculpt Aesthetic & PMU Treatment Bookings 1. Booking & Deposit • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your appointment. • This will be deducted from your final treatment cost. • Full payment is required for some treatments at the time of booking. • Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours notice. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in loss of deposit or full charge. • No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. 3. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late , we may need to reschedule, and a new deposit may be required. 4. Medical Consent & Suitability • You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment. • The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable. • A patch test will be required before certain procedures. 5. Results & Liability • Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. • We are not liable for any adverse reactions if aftercare advice is not followed. • You must be at least 18 years old to undergo any treatments . 6. Refunds & Complaints • No refunds are given for completed treatments. • If you experience an issue, please contact us within 2 weeks for assessment. • Any corrective treatments will be offered at our discretion. 7. Aftercare & Follow-ups • You will receive aftercare instructions specific to your treatment. • Follow-ups may be required for optimal results (e.g., top-ups for fillers). 8.
