Thank you for booking with Revamp Beauty Basingstoke. Please note that all appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking. A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, however it will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, your booking will be cancelled and the appointment slot released.

At Revamp Beauty Basingstoke, we understand that plans can change, however we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy:

• 48 hours or more notice: No cancellation fee will be charged.
• Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Please note that your 20% booking deposit is non-refundable, but it will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment when you attend your appointment

At Revamp Beauty Basingstoke, we understand that unexpected situations can arise.

In genuine exceptional circumstances, such as:

• A medical emergency
• Serious illness
• Family bereavement
• Severe travel disruption or extreme weather

we may, at our discretion, waive or reduce cancellation charges.

Supporting evidence may be requested where appropriate. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of Revamp Beauty Basingstoke will be final. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to exceptional circumstances.

At Revamp Beauty Basingstoke, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible service for all clients.

• If you are up to 10 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however your treatment time may need to be reduced.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
• Late arrivals that result in a cancellation will be subject to the cancellation policy, and charges will apply.
• If you think you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise you on the best course of action.
