Appointment Confirmation and Deposits.

All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and a 20% deposits to be paid. If the deposits is not paid the booking will be cancelled. The deposits will be deducted from the total on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy.

Please note we hold a strict cancellation policy at Revamp Beauty Basingstoke. If you cancel 48 hours or more no fee will be charged. Cancellation made 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the services cost and cancellation made less then 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the services cost.

Special circumstances.

If you experience an emergency or unexpected event, please notify me as soon as possible and ill do my best to be flexible.

No Show.

A no show (not arriving and not notifying me) will be charged 100% of the service price.

Late Arrival.

Please arrive o time, if your 10 minutes late i may need to shorten or adjust your services to stay on schedule. Significant lateness may be treated as a no show and fee will be applied.
