Reverse Beauty – Terms & Conditions Last updated: 3/09/2025 By booking an appointment with Reverse Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Appointments & Bookings Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to secure certain treatments. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling, and deposits may be forfeited. Clients must be at least 16 years old for most treatments (ID may be required). 3. Cancellations & No-Shows We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. Failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”) will result in full service charge or loss of deposit. 4. Payments & Refunds We accept cash, card, and online payments. Deposits are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been carried out, payments are non-refundable. 5. Health & Safety Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment. Patch tests are mandatory at least 24 hours before tinting and lash lift services. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe to proceed. 6. Liability Disclaimer Reverse Beauty is not responsible for any reactions caused by undisclosed conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare advice. All treatments are carried out at the client’s own risk. 7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Vouchers and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable. 8. Privacy Policy All client details are kept strictly confidential and used only for booking and treatment purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties. 9. Changes to Terms Reverse Beauty reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
