To protect my income as i am self employed A £10 deposit is required for every treatment. If you cancel under 48 hours notice the £10 is lost as this does not give me much time to book someone else in to replace you. This includes no shows & last minute rescheduling. Repeat messing around will result in a ban from my books as this is unfair to my small business. Patch tests for lash lift & tint is obligatory so must be done atleast 24 hours before or you cannot have the treatment. Also due to insurance i can only offer services to 16 year olds & over. Sorry no children allowed in the salon for safety reasons & relaxation. Please respect my workspace & home.
