Reiki supports your bodies natural detoxification processes and drinking plenty of water will help to flush out any toxins.


Eat light and avoid alcohol

Try to allow some time for the Reiki to work through you without stimulants or heavy meals. Healthy eating and drinking will support the clearing out process.


Rest and be gentle with yourself

Reiki works differently for each one of us. It's completely normal to feel tired, emotional, exhausted or relaxed and it's normal to feel energized, floaty, happy or excited. You may experience fluctuations between emotions or you may not experience anything at all and this is completely normal. If possible allow yourself some time to process, rest and relax. Take some time to notice how you are and be patient with anything that emerges.
