Booking & Deposit Policy

Booking & Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your treatment.

Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of the booking request. If payment is not received within this time, the appointment will be automatically released and made available to other clients.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable if: • you do not attend your appointment, or • you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Late Arrival Policy

At Revive, treatments are carefully scheduled to ensure every client receives the full experience and to avoid delays for other appointments throughout the day.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced in order to keep to the scheduled timetable, while the full treatment fee will still apply.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment. In these cases, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the booking fee or payment may be retained.

If you believe you may be late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you where possible.

This policy allows us to protect our appointment availability and provide the highest level of service to all clients.
