By booking an appointment with Rewind and Renew, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system, phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
2. Deposits
Deposits are required for selected treatments, including laser hair removal and advanced skin procedures. Deposits will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable
* Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) will result in the loss of your deposit
* Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment, and the full treatment fee may still apply.
5. Medical & Health Information
Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and skin conditions prior to treatment. Rewind and Renew is not liable for adverse reactions if full and accurate information is not provided.
6. Suitability for Treatment
All treatments are subject to consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
7. Laser Hair Removal Disclaimer
Results vary between individuals. Multiple sessions are required for optimal results, and no guarantee of permanent hair removal can be given.
8. Payments
We accept card, cash and bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
9. Refund Policy
All treatments and services are non-refundable. Packages are non-refundable but may be transferable at management discretion.
10. Personal Belongings
Rewind and Renew is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients:
* A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. * If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be lost. * No-shows will result in full deposit forfeiture * Future bookings may require full payment upfront after repeated missed appointments.
