DEPOSIT:£15 non refundable deposit required will every new booking this is then deducted from your appointment , any deposits not received with 5 days may endin cancellation of booking
LATENESS : I have a 10-15 minute late policy anything over this will require rescheduling & new deposit
NO SHOW : no showing your appointment especially with no communication with resulted in an 80% charge of your treatment. This is to be paid prior to rebooking / rescheduling
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING : if you wish to reschedule appointment, please try and give hours notice prior to your appointment otherwise it will result in a loss of deposit and you will be required to pay a new one
If you wish to cancel an upcoming appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice anything outside this window will be required to pay 40 %charge ( some Circumstances may be exempt)
