Please arrive to your appointment free of any make up. Let me know in advance if any information changes from your original consultation form. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be required to pay 50% of the treatment price. Any ‘No Shows’ will be required to pay 100% of the treatment price. As your beautician I hold the right to discontinue your treatment if I believe the lash/brow health will be jeopardised. You must follow the aftercare advice given to ensure maximum longevity of your treatment. Any issues must be raised within 72 hours. I will not infill another lash technicians work.
