Patch tests are required for treatments, this must be completed before 24 hours of your appointment. We ask for 48 hours notice or more, when cancelling or rescheduling any appointments. This allows us time to advertise the space. We ask for 48 hours or more, if you wish to swap or change your appointment to another treatment. This allows us time to adjust the diary or advertise the additional space. Cancelling or rescheduling under 48 hours notice will result in a charge, unfortunately this includes flu’s, colds and Covid. Being self employed, we have to protect our costs such as rent and bills. If you do not show to your appointment, this will result in a charge to cover the time lost. If you continually ‘no show’ multiple appointments then this will result in a ban , as this is unfair to us as a business. Understandably there will be an occasional emergency, which is out of your control being human and we will do our upmost best to be as accommodating as possible. All appointments must be paid in full before leaving the premises, this can be completed by card, cash or bank transfer. Booking fees will be deducted off your final amount on the day of your appointment. If you cancel, reschedule under the 48 hours or not show to your appointment the booking fee is used to cover this time. A new booking fee will be required for any new appointments. If you are upto 15 minutes late, unfortunately your appointment will be classed as missed appointment and you will be charged the full amount.
