Cancellations and no shows: Cancellations made less than 48hrs or 'no-shows' will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Not paying this means no further appointments will be made. Cancellations made after 48 hours before your appointment you can reschedule. In addition, all appointments have a £10 non-refundable deposit. Lateness: Let me know if you are running late as soon as you can. i have a 15 minutes grace period, after your appointment will be cancelled. And you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Other: Please come alone to appointment, no children or pets. If I’ll let me know before your appointment ASAP. Due to my chronic illness, you will need to reschedule under circumstances. Infills/rebalances booked past 4 weeks will be extra due to more work and if i need to do a soak off. I will only remove nails I have done, if not please come with bare nails. For nail fixes/ chipped nail repairs please let me know via ig @rosenambasa at least 3 days before your service.
