Cancellation Policy

At RoylePamperCo, I take pride in offering you personalised, high-quality mobile massage and beauty treatments. As a sole trader, every booking matters — your time is valuable, and so is mine.

To help things run smoothly, please take a moment to review my cancellation policy:

🕒 Notice Period

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance – no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance – 50% of the service fee will be charged.

Cancellations made within 4 hours, or if you’re not at the agreed location – 100% of the service fee applies.

🚫 No-Shows

If I arrive and you're not present or do not answer, it’s considered a no-show and will be charged at the full rate.

🔄 Rescheduling

Need to move your appointment? No problem! Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. I’ll do my best to accommodate changes made on shorter notice, but cancellation fees may still apply.

🤒 Feeling Unwell?

If you’re sick or there’s an emergency, just reach out. I understand that life happens and will assess each situation individually — your health and wellbeing come first.
