Had my first appointment for a sports massage and can definitely say I'll be back. Felt so comfortable during the whole appointment. Rachel listened to me regarding my pain and I felt so good when my appointmentwas over. Already planning my next appointment

Had the most amazing post-surgery lymphatic massage yesterday. It helped so much. I can't quite believe it. Highly recommended if you have swelling or injuries. Rachael is such a lovely person, and I felt so at ease and comfortable.

Rachael made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during the treatment. My legs are lighter, puffiness around my face has reduced, and the bloating in my stomach has improved significantly. Highly recommended, thanks Rachael
