1. GENERAL

By booking an appointment with RSVP.skin you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, professional, and respectful experience for both client and practitioner.

2. CONSULTATIONS

All advanced treatments, including Plasma treatments, require a consultation prior to booking.

Consultations are designed to:

- Assess suitability

- Discuss expectations and outcomes

- Review medical history

RSVP.skin reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

3. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE

Clients must provide full and accurate medical information prior to treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or skin history may result in:

- Refusal of treatment

- Compromised results

- Increased risk of adverse reactions

RSVP. Skin is not responsible for outcomes where medical information has been withheld.

4. BOOKING & DEPOSITS

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

- Deposits are non refundable

- Deposits may be transferred with adequate notice (see cancellations policy)

- Remaining balance is due on the day of treatment.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

- Less than 48 hours notice & deposit is forfeited

- No-shows may be charged full treatment cost

- Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late:

- Your treatment time may be reduced

- Full treatment cost still applies

If lateness exceeded a reasonable timeframe, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit retained.

7. TREATMENT RESULTS

Results vary between individuals.

While we aim to achieve the best possible outcome:

- No guarantees can be made regarding specific results

- Multiple sessions may be required

- Healing responses differ depending on individual biology

8. AFTERCARE

Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided

Failure to do so may:

- Affect results

- Increase risk of complications

RSVP.skin is not responsible for outcomes where aftercare guidance has not been followed.

9. ADVERSE REACTIONS

All treatments carry some level of risk.

Common side effects may include:

- Redness

- Swelling

- Dryness

- Temporary texture change

- Temporary pigmentation changes

Clients will be informed of risks prior to treatment.

10. PAYMENTS

We accept:

- Cash

- Card

- Klarna

Payment plans are subject to third party terms and conditions.

11. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments:

- Treatments are non-refundable

- Completed services cannot be refunded

- Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute a refund.

We are committed to working with you to achieve the best possible outcome.

12. CHILDREN & ACCOMPANIMENT

For safety and insurance reasons:

- Children are not permitted in the treatment room.

- Only the client receiving treatment may attend the appointment.

13. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

RSVP.skin reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue treatment where:

- It is deemed unsafe

- Expectations are unrealistic

- Behaviour is inappropriate

14. PERSONAL DATA

All personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR.

Client data is:

- Stored securely

- Used only for treatment and communication purposes

- Never shared without consent
