• Depending on the length & state of your nail, there can be services that cannot be done on your nail or services that will be most recommended • 10 minues late will result in a €10 late fee. • 20 minutes late, without any communication, will result in your appointment being cancelled • €15 unrefundable deposit is required to confirm appointment
