Rescheduling Policy:
Once a deposit has been placed, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a new date and time for the rescheduled appointment.
Sometimes we may have to move bookings around, we will ensure we contact you to do so.
Cancellations Policy:
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
No-showing Policy:
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited, and an additional 50% of the service cost will be automatically charged through the booking system. This policy is in place to protect valuable appointment time.
Booking Policy:
All clients are required to place a 50% deposit of the treatment cost to secure an appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost on the day of the treatment. Deposit payment details will be sent directly to the phone number linked to your profile in the booking system, as the system itself does not collect deposits. Please note that no booking is confirmed until the deposit is received. All appointments must be made through the booking system linked in my profile.
Patch Tests:
All clients must have a patch test, arranged in-salon with me. If you haven’t had treatment in 6 months or more, a new patch test is required.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued once a service has been carried out. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Pets & Children:
We welcome children and pets in the salon; however, please let us know in advance if you plan to bring them. Kindly ensure children are well-behaved, as there may be other clients present. Pets must be friendly, non-aggressive, and well-behaved at all times.
