Deposits

When booking your appointment, some treatments require a deposit which is non refundable. Changes made to the appointment, such as rescheduling. You can do a maximum of 3 changes 48 hrs before. If you need to change within 24 hrs you need to contact me directly to discuss options.


Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to me. With your help we can ensure we can serve all our clients as best as possible by showing up to them ready and on time. However we understand that unexpected situations may arise necessitating schedule changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice with be charged a late fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. You can reschedule your appointment online or by messaging us directly on 07710657040 Missed appointments without prior notice impact our ability to accommodate other clients. Therefore you’ll be charged 100% of the treatment. Please note that if you miss three or more appointments in a row, you’ll have to pay upfront on all booked services.
