Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

£50 deposit for all colour appointments

£30 deposit for all other services

Deposits are taken at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.

Failure to attend your appointment (no-shows) will also result in loss of your deposit.

Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be used for another date if the cancellation is within the 72-hour notice period.

Please ensure that you are able to fully commit to the date and time of your appointment before booking.

By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
