Magic hands.... I've seen many specialist over twenty years and Jo is the best yet... also because I choose to go to her Reformer Pilates class too it has enabled us to work on the needs and must. I would highly recommend Jo for treatment. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

After several sessions with Jo my knee is so much better. She is an excellent therapist who really knows how and where to apply treatment to heal the problem. Jo is friendly and professional and makes the sessions enjoyable as well as beneficial. Thank you!

Jo, as always, manages to find the source of the problem and succeeds in easing the pain. After fracturing my wrist the strain on my arm muscles has really taken its toll. She’s treated my arm several times resulting in longer spells of pain relief between sessions. She’s extremely knowledgeable and explains what she is doing and why.

I came to Jo 4 weeks ago with a terrible constant pain in my back, 4 sessions later i’m feeling brand new and back to 100%, couldn’t recommend Jo enough!

Another great session with Jo She is very intuitive and knows were to find the root of the issues! I am feeling so much better following a number of treatments with Jo ….. and now listening to her advice 😊 I am not taking ibuprofen any longer at at night or in the morning … so happy to be in less pain I cannot recommend Jo enough if you have any pain or niggles thank you Jo x
