Policies

I require at least 24/48 hours notice for any clients that need to cancel/reschedule. If you, or someone within your household, has become unwell and/or has a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Please arrive at your Lash appointment, whether it is for an infill or full set, with NO eye makeup on. Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait until your allocated slot, I allow a 10 min grace period but cannot take you after that and will have to reschedule. Services received cannot be refunded. I will gladly adjust any service you receive within 48 hours of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed please inform me as soon as possible and adjustments/ removals will be arranged free of charge within the time period. You may be asked for a photo. Please be advised that I have the right to refuse service in situations that pose a health or safety risk to myself and/or clients. This includes instances of lice, open wounds, contagious illnesses, skin infections, and aggressive behaviour /under the influence or drugs/ alcohol. If you are under 18, parental consent will be needed for any treatments and in some cases parental supervision during the service. I only take cash at the moment so please try your best to bring cash to your appointment. Greatly appreciate everyone x
