•All appointments will be confirmed with a 30% deposit which is deducted from the final bill on the day of your service. •New clients are required to send the following before the request is accepted -current photo of your hair -reference photos of your desired colour result -brief hair history from the last 2-3 years -any concerns about your hair you may have •Deposit will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. •If you are late to your appointment your chosen service may have to be adapted to suit the rest of my schedule.
