Sarah was a great therapist. Very friendly and keen to understand what to focus on and ensure a very relaxing and enjoyable treatment. I woke up the next morning feeling fantastic, so she must have worked her magic!

I don't know where to begin. Not only was Sarah incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable straight away, she just exudes passion for what she does! The reflexology was the best treatment I have EVER had and I have been to quite a few places for treatments throughout my life. Booking this session with Sarah was the best decision I've made in a long time. I cannot remember the last time I was that relaxed and peaceful - I cannot wait to book in another one. I was always a bit sceptical about reflexology, yet every time it amazes me how big effect it has on the whole body. Sarah not only helped me a lot by showing what I can do myself in order to feel better, her session left me so relaxed, I had my first good night's sleep in a while. Thank you!
