By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments & Bookings
• A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment. This will go towards the final cost.
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a loss of deposit and may require full payment before future bookings.
Deposit Validity • All booking deposits are valid for a maximum of 4 weeks from the original appointment date. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside this time frame, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure a future booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
Payments
• Payments can be made via Cash / Card /Bank Transfer etc.
• Full payment is due at the end of your appointment.
Nail Aftercare
• Aftercare advice will be provided; failure to follow it may affect the longevity of your nails.
• I am not responsible for damage caused by improper care or external factors after you leave the appointment.
Repairs & Refunds
• Free repairs are offered within 7 days for genuine issues (e.g lifting, chipping).
• No refunds are given once services have been completed.
Health & Safety
• Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or infections before your appointment.
• I reserve the right to refuse service if I feel it’s unsafe to proceed.
Nail Art & Inspiration
• Nail art is customized to each client; exact replicas may not be possible.
• Prices may vary based on design complexity.
Children & Guests
• For safety and comfort, please do not bring children or additional guests unless agreed beforehand.
Photography & Social Media
• I may take photos of your nails for portfolio and social media purposes.
• Please inform me if you do not wish to be photographed.
