Bookings & Deposits
All appointments are secured with a non-refundable deposit. This ensures your slot is reserved and allows us to prepare for your treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require 50% payment of the appointment price.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will require full payment before rebooking can be made.
Attendance
Please attend your appointment alone, unless absolutely necessary.
Children are not permitted in the salon at any time due to the use of professional and potentially hazardous equipment.
Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are up to 10 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened to fit within your allocated time.
If you are more than 15minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show
