Welcome. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and policies. These are in place to protect both our clients and our clinic, and to ensure the highest standard of safety, professionalism and care.
1. Age Requirement
All aesthetic treatments are strictly available to clients aged 18 years or over.
Valid photographic ID may be required at your appointment.
If proof of age cannot be provided, treatment will not proceed and any fees paid will be forfeited.
2. Booking & Product Fee Policy
To secure your appointment, you will receive a secure payment link for a product fee once your booking has been made.
• The product fee must be paid no later than 72 hours prior to your appointment.
• If the product fee is not received within this timeframe, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
• Product fees are required due to medical-grade products being ordered and allocated specifically for you.
The product fee is deducted from your final treatment cost unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, due to limited clinic availability and pre-ordered prescription products, we operate a strict cancellation policy.
• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled time.
• Any cancellation, rescheduling request, or failure to attend within 72 hours of your appointment will require 100% of the booking fee to be paid.
This policy is firm and non-negotiable.
4. Non-Attendance & Late Arrivals
Please arrive promptly for your appointment.
• Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.
• Failure to attend without notice will result in full loss of booking fees.
• Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
5. Medical Suitability & Client Responsibility
All clients are required to complete a full medical consultation prior to treatment.
You must disclose:
Treatments may be declined if deemed medically unsuitable or unsafe.
If treatment is refused on medical grounds, the product fee remains non-refundable due to pre-ordered stock and allocated clinical time.
6. Treatment Outcomes
Aesthetic treatments are bespoke and results vary between individuals.
• Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• Some treatments may require multiple sessions to achieve optimal results.
• Additional product or appointments required beyond the agreed treatment plan will be chargeable.
By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these variables.
7. Reviews & Aftercare
Where clinically appropriate, a review appointment may be offered.
• Review appointments must be attended within the advised timeframe.
• Concerns raised outside of this period may incur additional charges.
• Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may impact results and void review eligibility.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments:
• All treatments and product fees are non-refundable.
• Once treatment has been administered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
• Dissatisfaction with aesthetic results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
9. Conduct & Clinic Environment
We are committed to maintaining a calm, respectful and professional environment.
