Cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so results in full payment of the treatment and any future appointments you have booked to be cancelled.
If arriving late - please let me know ahead of time. If you are over 30 mins late your appointment will be cancelled and the fee stands.
Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. A maximum of 3 reschedules allowed before full payment of the treatment is require before rescheduling the next one.
