I have been a client of Stephs now for years. She took my dry damaged broken hair and turned it into Disney princess hair (that’s what she says it reminds her of ☺️) She’s warm, welcoming and talks you through everything and always offers great advice. She’s not just my hairdresser now I’d also class her as a friend. I advised my very anxious sister to try Steph as she has very long extremely thick hair and always struggles with it and Steph puts her at ease and she loves getting her hair done now. Brilliant stylist , fab person xx

Steph is brilliant! She’s always so welcoming and friendly. Her space is so cosy and inviting too! She always slays my nails and is always willing to have a go at whatever ideas I come up with for them, I’m so glad I started coming to her back in 2021. She is such a good listener and is like my therapist as well as my nail tech, I always leave feeling so much better and I always have a laugh with her too.

All appointments require a booking fee to be paid to confirm the appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable less than 48 hours before the appointment. Outside of this time, the appointment can be transferred (up to 2 weeks away) & the booking fee retained.
All hair colour appointments require a valid colour passport to be able to carry out the service. A skin test & hair suitability test must be carried out a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment. It is up to the booker to make sure that their colour passport and tests are up to date & are refreshed and booked in if not. Failure to do so will result in cancelled appointments and retained booking fee.
For all bridal wedding bookings, a quotation will be sent out and will be arranged separately with separate booking terms.
Travel is charged at 50p per mile from DY4 for any mobile appointments.
Payment can be made via Cash, Bank Transfer or Card Payment. Cash/Bank Transfer is preferred.
All booking fees are to be paid via card payment.

Consultation around your scalp & hair health. At the basin a scalp Detox scrub is applied and massaged. Exfoliating the scalp and hair of any dead skin build up, product build up. Promotes healthy growing, and relieves any itching/dry scalp. Hair is shampooed with a nourishing & detoxifying shampoo. A nourishing mask is applied, helping to repair any broken bonds within the hair and leave hair feeling stronger, and in better condition. Finished with a blow-dry and styling of your choice. Add on a trim for an additional 10.
