At Seasalt Beauty & Spa, appointments are carefully planned to give you a peaceful, one-on-one experience. To help keep everything running smoothly, please take a moment to read the following terms: ⸻ Booking & Deposits • All appointments require deposit to secure your booking. • Deposits are payable at the time of booking via the Solo app or direct payment. • The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Arrivals & Lateness • Please arrive on time. Arriving late may mean we have to shorten or reschedule your treatment. • If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and the deposit may be forfeited . Cancellations & No-Shows • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in your deposit being lost. • No-shows may result in full payment being required for future bookings. Guests & Children • To maintain a peaceful, safe environment, no additional guests or children are able to attend your appointment. I have no waiting area, this is deliberate to ensure each client has exclusive use of the salon during their appointment . • Treatments are strictly by appointment only — no walk-ins. Treatment Time & Comfort • Your appointment time is reserved just for you — I don’t double-book or squeeze clients in. • If you’re feeling unwell, please get in touch to reschedule — your comfort and safety come first.
